Return Policy
Returning your order is simple. Just follow these three steps:
- Email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know if you would like to make a return, and we will take it from there.
- Include your order number in the email. This helps us find your order quickly and process everything without delay.

We will send you the return instructions. Once we receive your email, we will reply with the return address and next steps — usually within the hour.
WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your returned bottle, we will process your refund within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is done. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account — but we process our end quickly
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK
We want the returns process to be fair for everyone. Please note that we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- The bottle has been used for more than halfway.
- The return request was made after 30 days of delivery.
